RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
At JULHAAS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
The customers can exchange articles from the Julhaas Store one time only within 14 days from the date of order placed within the same category. The products must be in their original condition unused with a price label attached along with the invoice. Julhaas will not accept the return and exchange where proper care instructions are not being followed.
If Julhaas Store is not available in your city then email us at info@julhaascollection.com along with the order id stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged / missing please call us immediately at +92 328 2718018 after receiving the parcel.
Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Julhaas Online warehouse. If the Julhaas quality control team finds that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.
Section 2: Refund policy
- Cash refunds are not offered.
- Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check with your bank. It may take some time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
All nationwide shipments will be charged. On return and exchange your product, the customer should courier the product to the mentioned address: Julhaas E-store, Samar Gardens, Block G, North Nazimabad, Karachi, Pakistan 74600 mentioning the order number on the parcel.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Nishat E-store will bear all the shipping cost if Nishat E-store provided damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery.
